Board Orientation Training

The purpose of ILICA's Board Orientation Training is to educate all current and incoming board members about the following: -Governance Purpose & Documents -Relations of Board, Committees, Staff -Culture of Trust -Fiduciary Duties -Board Purpose, Responsibilities, & Meetings -Risk Awareness/Avoidance The training takes approximately 1 hour to complete.
